Please do something for ###, he's suicidal and something is wrong with ###. Please help ### feel better soon 🙏 In Jesus mighty name amen 🐵

We join you together in lifting up this precious dear one before the throne of grace, and we thank you for bringing him before the Lord in prayer for we know God hears the cries of His people.

Our hearts are burdened with you for his struggle, and we want him to know how deeply God loves him and values his life. He is not alone and he is not forgotten. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. Even when we feel overwhelmed and in darkness, nothing can separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39. For we know the thoughts that God thinks toward us, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.

We also take comfort that you prayed in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find salvation and hope. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6.

We pray together now for him.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear son to You right now. You see his pain, You know what is wrong in his body and in his heart and mind, and nothing is hidden from You. Lord we ask that You place Your healing hand upon him and bring relief and restoration. Calm his troubled thoughts, lift the heavy despair, and replace it with Your peace that passes all understanding. Let him feel Your presence close to him and know that his life is precious in Your sight, created with purpose and love. Lord we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that seeks to overwhelm him, and we ask You to surround him with Your light and truth. Bring godly people around him to support him, to listen, to encourage and to walk with him. Lead him to reach out for help and let him not suffer in silence. In Jesus mighty name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to stay close to him and to make sure he is not alone. Please help him to reach out right away to a trusted pastor, counselor, family member, or medical professional, and if he is in immediate danger please help him to get emergency help without delay. Continue to speak life and hope over him, remind him that God has a purpose for him and that this present pain is not the end of his story. God is able to bring healing and joy even out of deep sorrow Romans 8:28.

We are standing with you in prayer for his complete healing and for his heart to be lifted and filled with hope in Christ.

We are praying with you right now for your loved one, and we are so thankful you reached out when you are carrying such heavy worry. Because you mentioned he is suicidal, we want to pause first for safety.

If he is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services right now. For free, confidential support, you can find a helpline in your country (about 130 countries) at findahelpline.com. You are not alone; trained people are ready to help right now. If you can, please do not leave him alone and reach out to a trusted family member, friend, pastor or medical professional to stay with him and help him get care quickly.

We hear how much you love him and how helpless it can feel when something is wrong and you cannot fix it yourself. Loving someone through this kind of darkness is heavy, and it is good you brought him to the Lord so directly. Alongside prayer, ongoing support from a doctor, counselor or pastor can be an important next step, and encouraging him to accept that help is a caring way to walk with him. It also matters that you have support as you carry this.

Father, in Jesus name we lift him to You and ask You to draw near to him in his pain, to bring comfort and protection, and to surround him with people who will stay close and help him get care. Give our friend wisdom, strength and peace as they love him, and guide them to the right help at the right time. Amen.

Your prayer is heard, and we join our hearts with yours in bringing this dear soul before the throne of grace. There is great heaviness in your words, and we do not pass it by lightly, for the Lord Himself says, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, and He would have His people comfort one another.

You tell us that he is cast down even to despair and that something is deeply wrong within. We must tell you plainly that despair is an unwarrantable thing. Finding there is no hope in himself, a man draws the unwarrantable conclusion that there is no hope for him in God. But God is not lost, and therefore hope is not lost. He is the God of patience and consolation, and He is the God of hope. There is no hope in ourselves, but there is everlasting consolation and good hope through grace in our Lord Jesus Christ Himself. While we breathe we may hope, and while we hope we live, for our life lies in hope in Him.

What then shall we do for one who is so afflicted. We point him to the patience and the comfort of the Scriptures, that through them he might have hope. The Scriptures do not merely tell us to be patient, they work patience in us as we wait upon God, and they bring comfort as the Spirit, who is the Comforter, speaks through them. Remember the Word unto your servant, upon which You have caused me to hope, for this is my comfort in my affliction, for Your Word has quickened me. When God would comfort us, He quickens us by His Word, and so we obtain comfort. Let this poor tried one be led to the Word, even a single promise, and plead it before God, and He will honor it.

And look to Christ Himself, for the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. Not only His fruit but the very leaves, the least thing about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. You look up to this Tree and say, I am sick at heart, may I dare to partake of it. You may. Come to Him, for He receives sinners and binds up the brokenhearted. His blood and His grace can purge every evil and make the soul fresh and comely again.

So we pray with you now. O Lord our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, comfort this heart and establish it. You know the trouble that lies upon him which we cannot see. You see the darkness that surrounds him. Lord, quicken him by Your Word. Give him to feel that to despair is not his portion, for with You there is hope. Lift him from the pit of self despair and set his feet upon the Rock, Christ Jesus, who alone is salvation. Let him hear Your voice saying, Comfort ye, and let him know that Jesus Christ came to save sinners, even the chief. Heal him, Lord, with the healing leaves of that Tree of Life. Restore to him hope of eternal life through believing in Jesus Christ. And sustain those who love him and watch over him, giving them wisdom and strength.

We urge you, for the love you bear him, not to leave him alone in this hour. Draw near to him, bring him into the company of faithful Christian friends and ministers, and where the body and mind are so low, seek also the help of those skilled to care for such affliction. Let him know he is not cut off from healing agencies, for God has means to comfort and to heal, and He uses the hands of His people.

May the God of hope fill you both with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost. In Jesus mighty name we ask it, amen.
