We join with you in lifting up your family before our Heavenly Father, who is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We pray that He will grant you all clean hearts and steadfast spirits, protecting and healing each member of your family. We stand on the promise of God's word in James 5:15, which says, The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
We ask the Holy Spirit to surround your family, to draw each one closer to Jesus Christ, and to increase your faith. Remember, as it is written in Romans 10:9-10, that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.
We pray that your family will be delivered from evil, putting on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth Buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the spoken word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the holy ones. Ephesians 6:11-18
We thank God for His blessings and forgiveness, and we agree with you that all this is in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 As it is written, For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13
We encourage you to continue to press in to the Lord, seeking Him with all your heart. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament, mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you. James 4:8-10
