Heavenly Father, I feel depressed today and I don't know why. Is it because of my physical pain and fatigue? Or is it because I don't have much food in the house and don't feel like going shopping? I think the antidepressants are still working. All I know is I need You Lord. Please help me God! I can't do anything to take care of myself without You God. Show Your love and the way to go. Thank You Lord. In Jesus Name. Amen.
