Heavenly Father I am asking you will watch over our neighbors with the 3 little kids. There is a bully neighbor next to this family and they have a mean dog. The children play in their yard and leave the dog alone. But the neighbors dog comes running in their yard, and they have to go in the house for safety. The owner of the dog just laughs about it. The children's parents call the police and they talk with both neighbors. I doubt anything will be done until the dog bites one of the kids. I feel our police are just lazy about this or our city's laws are bad. I am praying Father you will watch over these children and keep them safe from the dog. Also Father please help these 2 neighbors work something out before one of these kids is bit by this dog. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen. I trust you Jesus
