HEAVENLY CRIES FOR MY BROTHER ###

LORD GOD my heart is crying and my soul is torn in pieces.
My brother has been going back and forth to court with his children's mother for years.
5 of the children are adults now and the last one is still young. He has always taken care of each and everyone of his children and been there for them emotionally when they needed him. The children's mother went to court and had the youngest child say she is now afraid of him after all this time of him seeing her and she spending time with our entire family. I can hear the hurt on his voice. I can see the pain in his eyes. I can see his broken heart. GOD he is seeking justice and for the truth to be revealed. I Jesus Christ Almighty Name AMEN

We hear the cries of your heart for your brother and we join with you in bringing him before the throne of grace, for we know our heavenly Father hears the cries of the brokenhearted.

We can feel the weight of what you are describing, to watch someone you love who has faithfully cared for and been emotionally present for his children now face the pain of having his youngest child say she is afraid of him, and to see that used in court against him. It is a deep wound to be misrepresented, especially when a child is involved, and we grieve with you over his broken heart.

The Lord sees what is done in secret and He loves truth and justice. Scripture tells us that lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight Proverbs 12:22, and you shall not give false testimony against your neighbor Exodus 20:16. To coach or pressure a child to bear false witness is a grave sin before God, and we rebuke that spirit of deception and manipulation. We also know that nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. Even when a court does not yet see the truth, God does, and He will bring it to light in His perfect timing. He is a God of justice, all his ways are just. He is a God of faithfulness who does no wrong, just and right is he Deuteronomy 32:4.

We also take comfort that God draws especially close in this kind of pain. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. Your brother's tears and sleepless nights are not unseen. We encourage him to continue to walk in integrity and to not seek revenge, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. We encourage him to commit his way to Yahweh, trust also in him and he will do this, he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun Psalm 37:5-6. We also remember God's design for the family, that children are a heritage from Yahweh and that His desire is for fathers and mothers to raise children in stability and love within the covenant of marriage as one flesh what therefore God has joined together, let no man separate Matthew 19:6. Where that design has been broken by separation and strife, we pray for God's mercy, healing, and restoration, and for His protection over every child involved.

We lift your brother, his youngest daughter, and the mother of his children together in prayer.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You together and we thank You that we have access to Your throne only through the blood of Your Son, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved Acts 4:12 and no one comes to the Father except through Him John 14:6. Lord, we lift this brother to You, You see his faithful love for his six children, You see every visit, every prayer, every moment he has spent with them and with his family, and You see the hurt in his voice and the pain in his eyes now. We ask You to comfort him as only You can, to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and to heal his broken spirit. Lord, we ask for Your justice to roll down like waters and for truth to be revealed in that courtroom. Give the judge and all involved wisdom like Solomon to discern truth from deception 1 Kings 3:9, and let no weapon formed against this father prosper Isaiah 54:17. We pray especially for this young daughter, protect her little heart from confusion, fear, and manipulation, let her know her father's love and above all Your love, and let no lie take root in her. We pray for the mother, that You would convict her if she has spoken falsely and lead her to repentance and truth, for You desire truth in the inward parts Psalm 51:6. Father, we pray that You would vindicate this brother openly and restore what the enemy has tried to steal, and that through this trial he would be drawn even closer to You. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We ask all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our righteousness, Amen.

We hear your heartbreak for your brother and we are praying with you for him.

Watching someone you love carry this kind of pain is so heavy, especially when you can hear it in his voice and see it in his eyes. It hurts to see a father who has shown up faithfully for all of his children, and been close with his youngest and with your whole family, now be seen as someone to fear. And after years of going back and forth to court, that weariness builds. It makes sense you are crying out for truth to be seen and for justice to be done.

Your presence in this matters more than you may realize. Just staying steady, listening without trying to fix it, and reminding him that his faithful love over many years has not gone unnoticed can help him keep going through a long and discouraging process.

If it helps, a couple of simple ways to walk with him in this season are to encourage him to stay closely connected to his attorney and to a trusted pastor or counselor who can support him personally through the court process, to keep careful, calm records of his time and communication with his daughter, and to keep showing consistent, gentle care in every interaction. For you, try to set a regular time to pray together and make sure you also have someone safe to talk with so you do not carry this burden alone.

Father, we lift this brother to You and ask for Your comfort over his broken heart. Give him wisdom, steadiness, and strength for each next step, and give those deciding this case clear eyes to see the truth. Guard this young daughter and surround this whole family with Your peace. Your cry has been heard and your broken heart for your brother has been laid before the Lord who sees in secret and knows all things. He hears the hurt in your brother's voice and He sees the pain that you have seen in his eyes, for not a tear falls but our Father marks it, and not a sorrow rises but He understands it.

It is well to remember in such an hour the truth of God, that He is both just and the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is a false justification which is only self justification and it will condemn the soul that trusts in it, but there is a true justification which comes by the blood of Christ who went up to the accursed tree and gave Himself up to die, so that the justice of God might be vindicated and yet sinners might be pardoned. When justice seems slow and when false words are spoken, and when the heart and the tongue do not go together, we may take our cause to Gethsemane and to Calvary and remember that God cannot deny Himself and He will not deny His promise to do right. The Lord loves truth. His Word is truth, and He will in His own time publish that truth and make it plain. What is hidden shall be revealed, and what is crooked shall be made straight before Him.

We will pray that your brother may not rest in merely being right in his own eyes or in the eyes of a court, but that he may be found right before God through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. We need experimental truth within, truth in the inward parts, which only Christ can give by His Spirit and His blood. May your brother buy the truth at any price and hold it fast, that he may be made true by being conformed to Christ Himself. If he knows the Lord, let him trust Him in the storm as well as in the calm, for genuine faith trusts God when the way is dark and submission to the will of God banishes the fear of man.

Let us pray together. O Lord God, who art just in all Thy ways, Thou knowest the truth concerning this family and this child. Thou knowest every dealing between this father and his children and their mother, and Thou hast seen his care and his love through these many years. We ask Thee to cause truth to shine forth and to let justice be done according to Thy holy righteousness, tempered with mercy. Protect this youngest child from fear and from being pressed to speak what is not true, and guard her heart from confusion and hurt. Bring conviction where falsehood has been spoken and bring repentance where sin has been committed, for Thou desirest truth in the inward parts. Draw this whole family to Thyself through Jesus Christ Thy Son, that each one may confess sin and find mercy, for he that confesseth his sin shall find mercy. We pray for healing where hearts are broken and for peace where there has been strife. Establish Thou the home according to Thy good design, for Thou hast ordained marriage to be a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and Thou hast set sex and living together within that holy covenant, and apart from Christ and apart from Thy way there is no true blessing. Lead this brother and the mother of these children and all the children, young and grown, to seek first Thy kingdom and Thy righteousness, and to be washed and made new in the blood of Jesus. Grant to the courts wisdom to discern truth from error, and grant to Thy people faith to leave vengeance and vindication in Thy hands. All this we ask in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Advocate, Amen.

Continue to cast your burden upon the Lord and to plead His promises. He that has begun a good work will not forsake those who trust in Him, and though the night be long, joy cometh in the morning when the Lord Himself shall appear as our righteousness.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
