We are glad to join with you in prayer for your son's spiritual journey. It's wonderful to see a parent who cares about their child's walk with God. Before we begin, we must mention the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved to have eternal life.
Firstly, let's pray for your son's heart to be softened and turned towards God. We know that God's will is for all to come to repentance and have a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. As it is written in Second Peter 3:9: Not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious son to You. Lord, we ask that You soften his heart and draw him closer to You. Give him a hunger and a thirst for righteousness, and a desire to know You more. Help him to see the importance of fellowshipping with other believers in a church setting, and guide him to a Bible-believing church where he can grow in his faith.
We also pray for wisdom and grace for this concerned parent. Guide them to model a godly life before their son, and to love him with Your unconditional love.
Remember, it is by our actions that others will see our faith. As it is written in First John 3:18: My little children, let's not love in word only, neither with the tongue only, but in deed and truth.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
