We hear your cry for healing and rest and we join with you in bringing this before the throne of grace in Jesus' name.
We know how unsettling strange heart palpitations can be, especially in this heat when the body is weary and burdened. We take comfort that our Lord sees your heart both physically and spiritually and He is our healer and our rest. We are reminded of His promises where it is written Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, and also Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We cling to Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest.
We also thank you for calling upon the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His blood that we are covered and protected. We stand on Galatians 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, and we know that no curse of the enemy can stand against the blood of Jesus. We rebuke any fear and any work of the enemy against you and we claim the protection of the Lord over you, for Psalm 121:7 says Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask You to touch this heart that is experiencing palpitations and bring Your healing, steady the rhythm, calm the body and grant peace. Lord in this heat we ask for Your mercy to provide coolness, hydration, and sweet rest. Help us to accomplish all that You have set before us according to Your will and not our own striving. Cover us with the precious blood of Jesus, break every curse and scheme of the enemy, and surround us with Your mighty protection. Guard our hearts and thoughts with Your peace which surpasses all understanding as promised in Philippians 4:6-7. Strengthen us and uphold us, for You have said in Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We ask for Your help in everything, Lord, trusting that You are faithful to complete Your good work in us. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
We encourage you to rest as you are able, to stay cool and hydrated in this heat, and to seek wise medical care promptly if these palpitations continue, as God often brings healing through the hands of physicians as well. Cast your anxieties on Him and trust His peace to guard your heart. We continue to stand with you for complete healing, restful sleep, protection, and strength to accomplish all that God has for you.

Your cry concerning your heart has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with you. To feel the heart flutter and to be weary in heat and unable to rest is a sore trial, and we pray that the great Physician who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds will lay His hand upon you.
We pray that the Lord Jesus Christ, whose blood has answered all the demands of justice for His people, would grant you healing according to His perfect will. There is an abundance of healing power in Him, and even the least thing about Christ brings healing to head and heart and conscience. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and a word from Him coming home to the heart can calm and restore. We ask Him to steady your heart, to ease these palpitations, to give skill to any who care for you, and to grant you wisdom to seek needful help for your body while you trust Him with your soul.
We pray also for the rest you have asked for. Our Lord says, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. This is a present rest, rest now, not only after death, and it is perfect rest for the soul that comes to Him with nothing to trust in of its own. When the heart is right with God through faith in the once pierced heart of the Well Beloved, the soul is toned down as a little child and enters into rest. Learn of Him, for He is meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find rest unto your souls. May He give you quiet sleep even in this heat, and calm your spirit as you cast your cares upon Him, that you may accomplish what He has given you to do in His strength.
And concerning your desire for protection and for every curse to be broken, we rest upon this, that Christ by suffering in our place has dried up the well of bitterness, and pardon and healing are one in Him. The blood of Jesus is our covering and our plea, and no enemy can stand against it. We pray that the Lord would keep you under the shadow of His wings, guard you from evil, and cause you to know that you are safe in Him.
We join our prayer with yours, Father, in the name of Jesus, look upon this weary and troubled heart. Forgive sin, heal infirmity as it pleases Thee, give rest, accomplish Thy good purposes, and keep this dear one in perfect peace through trust in Christ. Amen.
