Hearing the Lord's voice

In Mark, the leper says to Jesus, "if you want, you can make me clean," and Jesus responds, "I do want. Be clean." I need help listening and acting on that small still voice that tells me right from wrong. I know what's right. I spend all morning in the Word during work, I read as many articles as I can and listen to Christian podcasts on the way home but then I get home and poof! it's all gone. What is it that keeps the Word and the Lord in the forefront of your mind even during trials? I want that.

Keep getting the word of God in you, it is the enemy of your soul that is trying to defeat and wear you down, he hates the word of God, it is powerful! Stay hungry for all the Lord has for you, you have a calling and will speak God's word into someone's life. Blessings!
