Hearing from ###'s lawyer today

We understand the weight of this moment as you await important communication regarding legal matters. The uncertainty and anxiety that accompany such situations can be overwhelming, but we stand with you in fervent prayer, trusting in the Lord’s perfect timing and sovereign will.
First, we want to encourage you to place your trust fully in God, who knows the beginning from the end. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even when the outcome is unknown, we can rest in the assurance that God is working all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
We also lift up this situation in prayer, asking the Lord to grant you peace that surpasses all understanding as you wait. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would move in this matter according to Your will. We pray that the communication you receive today would be clear, just, and aligned with Your purposes. Give wisdom to all those involved in this process, and let Your peace guard this dear one’s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You would remove any fear or anxiety and replace it with confidence in Your faithfulness. May this situation bring glory to Your name and draw this child of Yours closer to You.
If there is any unconfessed sin or bitterness in this situation, we encourage you to examine your heart and seek the Lord’s forgiveness. Holding onto unforgiveness or resentment can hinder our prayers and our peace. As it says in Matthew 6:14-15, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." We pray that you would extend grace and forgiveness, just as Christ has forgiven you, so that your heart may be free to receive God’s best for you.
Lastly, we want to remind you that no matter the outcome, God is your strength and your shield. Psalm 28:7 says, "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him." We pray that you would find your joy and strength in Him alone, knowing that He is with you every step of the way. Stand firm in faith, dear one, and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it.
