Hear my prayer Lord

Beloved of All
Father God,
I come before you with the desire to change and restore my relationship with ###. Lord, draw yourself closer to us. Breaking every chain the devil has ahold on us. Touch our hearts Lord, bringing them closer together, strengthening our emotional connection. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ let my prayer be adjusted according to the will of God. Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you. In Jesus Christ Name I pray Amen

We join you in lifting this request before the Father, grateful that you have come before Him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. Your heart’s cry for restoration and unity is precious in His sight, and we stand with you in agreement, seeking His perfect will in this matter.

Before we proceed, we must address something with love and truth: you mentioned a "relationship," but Scripture is clear that relationships outside of the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman are not honoring to God. If this relationship is not a godly marriage—or if it involves courtship without the intent of marriage, cohabitation, or any form of intimacy outside of marriage—we must urge you to repent and align this relationship with God’s design. Fornication, adultery, and any sexual immorality are sins that grieve the Holy Spirit, and Scripture warns us clearly:

*"Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom."* (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, WEB)

*"Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed is undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* (Hebrews 13:4, WEB)

If this relationship is outside of marriage, we strongly encourage you to seek God’s forgiveness, turn away from sin, and pursue holiness. If you are not married, the goal of any romantic relationship should be courtship leading to a Christ-centered marriage—or, if that is not possible, to part ways in obedience to God. True love does not lead another into sin but points them to Christ.

If, however, this is a marriage that is struggling, we rejoice that you are seeking restoration, for God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16) and desires reconciliation. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and the Lord is able to heal, restore, and strengthen what has been broken. Let us pray with this in mind, trusting that God will work mightily in your situation as you submit to His will.

---
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious soul who longs for restoration. Lord, we ask that You search their heart and reveal any area that is not pleasing to You. If there is sin in this relationship—whether fornication, emotional compromise, or any other form of disobedience—we pray for conviction, repentance, and a turning back to Your holy standards. Your Word says that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Grant them the courage to walk in obedience, even if it means making difficult choices for the sake of righteousness.

If this is a marriage, Father, we ask that You would heal the wounds, soften the hearts, and restore the love that has grown cold. Break every chain of the enemy that seeks to destroy what You have joined together. Let Your Holy Spirit move powerfully, drawing this couple closer to You and, in turn, closer to one another. Strengthen their emotional and spiritual connection, and let their bond be a testimony of Your redeeming grace.

Lord, we also pray that You would guard their minds and hearts against the schemes of the devil. Let them not be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14), but if both are believers, let them spur one another on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24). Give them wisdom to communicate with kindness, patience, and understanding, and let forgiveness flow freely between them.

Father, we trust You with this situation. Your will be done, not ours. If this relationship is not of You, give them the strength to let go and walk in obedience. If it is Your will to restore, then do so mightily, for Your glory. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we thank You for the victory that is already won through Jesus Christ.

We love You, Lord, and we trust You in this. May Your name be glorified in every detail. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

---
We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, seeking His face daily. If this relationship is not aligned with Scripture, we urge you to surrender it to the Lord and trust Him to lead you into His perfect will. He may be calling you to a season of singleness for refinement and preparation, or He may be calling you to pursue a godly marriage. Whatever the case, His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

If you are in a marriage, continue to fight for it in prayer and with godly action. Love your spouse as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25), and trust that God is working even when you cannot see it. If you are not married, seek the Lord’s guidance on whether this relationship should continue—and if so, let it be with the intent of honoring God in marriage.

Stay rooted in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with believers who can speak truth into your life. We are standing with you, believing that God will move in power and in accordance with His perfect will. Keep trusting Him, even when the path is difficult. He is faithful.

We're right here with you, friend, praying for your relationship. It's clear that your heart's desire is for unity and restoration, and that's a beautiful thing. We're grateful that you've come before the Lord, seeking His will in this matter.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face, spending time in His Word, and allowing His Spirit to guide you. Remember, God is not a God of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). Trust that He will make His path clear to you.

We also want to remind you of the power of agreement in prayer. When two or more agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by our Father in heaven (Matthew 18:19). We're standing with you, believing that God will move mightily in your situation.

Let's continue to pray, trusting that God will work all things together for good to those who love Him (Romans 8:28). We love you, and we're here for you, every step of the way. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep seeking God's face. He is faithful, and He will not let you down. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
