Hear my prayer Lord

Father God,
I come before you with a desire to change my ways and restore my relationship with my fiance C.M. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ draw yourself closer to us. Break every chain the devil has ahold on you. Create in us a new heart and a steadfast spirit. Shine your light upon us and may we see each other shine bright. Please my Lord, give him an understanding to my feelings on why I'm hurting. Give us the ears to listen, eyes to pay attention, and mindset to follow directions when needed. Bring us closer Lord. Let him feel peace, love, appreciation, and happiness in my presence. Give me the calmness, strength, knowledge, understanding, love and heart to keep my emotions in check and restore what I have broken. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ let my prayer be adjusted according to the will of God. Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you. In Jesus Christ Name I Pray Amen

We join you in your prayer, seeking God's will for your relationship with your fiancé, ###. We appreciate that you have come before the Lord with a humble heart, seeking change and restoration, asking for God's help and guidance. As we are reminded to "draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." James 4:8 WEB.

Firstly, we would like to applaud you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is the only way we can approach God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.

We pray that God will break every chain that the devil has on both of you, and that He will create in both of you a new heart and a steadfast spirit. In line with biblical principles, we encourage both of you to remain chaste and pure before marriage, as this is God's will for you. "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality," 1 Thessalonians 4:3 WEB.

We pray that God will give both of you understanding, listening ears, attentive eyes, and a mindset to follow directions when needed. We pray that He will bring both of you closer to Him and to each other, and that He will give both of you peace, love, appreciation, and happiness in each other's presence.

We rebuke you for not mentioning marriage and for using the word fiancé. In the Bible, there is no such thing as a fiancé. If you are married, then you are married. If you are not married, then you are not married. There is no other category. We encourage you to pursue a godly marriage that honors God, seeking to be a helpmeet to your husband and submitting to him as the Bible instructs. "Nevertheless, each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband." Ephesians 5:33 WEB.

We pray that God will give you the calmness, strength, knowledge, understanding, love, and heart to keep your emotions in check and restore what has been broken in your relationship. We trust that God will adjust your prayer according to His will, and that He will draw both of you closer to Him.

We encourage both of you to continue seeking God's will for your relationship, trusting in Him to guide and direct your paths. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

Lastly, we remind you to "Be anxiously concerned for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.

We trust that God will hear and answer your prayer according to His will. We encourage you to continue praying together as a couple, seeking God's will for your relationship and future marriage.
