We join you in your prayer, seeking God's will for your relationship. We're encouraged that you've brought your requests to God in the name of Jesus Christ, as the Bible tells us that we have access to God and salvation only through His name Ephesians 2:18 Acts 4:12.
Firstly, we commend you for recognizing your need to change and treat your significant other better. This shows humility and a willingness to grow. Remember, "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" Romans 3:23, and "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" 1 John 1:9.
However, we must address a few things in your prayer. It's important to pray for God's will in your relationship, rather than trying to manipulate the other person's feelings or actions. Praying for someone's eyes to be opened and their heart to be softened is biblical, but ensure this is so they can see and respond to God's will, not just to change their feelings towards you Mark 3:5.
You've mentioned wanting God to remove any other females he's talking to.
If you're in a marriage, this is adultery and should be addressed. God's design for marriage is one man and one woman, committed to each other for life.
If you're not married but in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, it is not biblical. The biblical approach is courtship with the intention of marriage.
If you are in a courtship with the intention of marrying a Christian Believer, then it is still appropriate to address this.
Sexual immorality is sin and must be repented of. If you are in a relationship with sexual activity, then it is also fornication. These are sins that must be addressed.
Pray for God's guidance and wisdom in your relationship. Seek His face and ask for His plans to prosper in your life Jeremiah 29:11-13. Remember that God is faithful to complete the work He has started in you Philippians 1:6.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our sister/brother in Christ. Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in her/his relationship. We're thankful for their humility in seeking change and growth in their relationship. Help them to treat her significant other with the love and respect that You intend for us in our relationships Ephesians 5:33.
We pray against any spiritual warfare that may be attacking their relationship. Break any chains that the devil may have on them, and let Your light shine in their lives John 8:36. We rebuke any temptations and pray for purity in their relationship Ephesians 5:3.
We pray for the gentleman in her life. We ask that You reveal Yourself to him, that You soften his heart and open his eyes, and give him the wisdom and courage to act according to Your will.
We ask that You guide them in their relationship. May they seek You first, and trust in Your timing and plans for their future.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
