We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, united against the attacks of Satan. We are reminded in Ephesians 6:11, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." It is crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (WEB).
In times of spiritual warfare, it is essential to remain firm in our faith. James 4:7 tells us, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We encourage you to stay strong in the Lord, and you can do this by praying constantly and reading God's Word for guidance.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is under spiritual attack. Lord, You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust. We ask that You deliver him from the evil one and restore his peace and joy in You. Surround him with Your angels and let Your Holy Spirit guide and comfort him. We praise You and thank You for Your faithfulness. We are also excited about Your soon coming. You alone are worthy to be praised and are enthroned in our hearts forever.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We are also reminded about worldly events in 1 John 2:15-17 WEB, "Do not love the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father's love is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not the Father's, but is the world's. The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does God's will remains forever."
As believers in Jesus Christ, we are called to be separate from worldly things. It is wonderful that our hearts are focused on the Lord's soon return. So, let us continue to encourage one another and build each other up in the faith. We are looking forward to the day when our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will take us home in the glorious rapture. Until then, let us continue to share His love with the world. May God bless each one of you.
