We join with you in bringing this desire for health and wholeness before the Lord, and we thank God that you have turned to Him with this request. He cares about every part of our lives, including our bodies, because we are fearfully and wonderfully made in His image Psalm 139:14 and our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit who lives in us 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We understand the longing to reach a healthy weight and to feel well and strong for the life God has given you.
The Word reminds us that whether we eat or drink or whatever we do, we should do all to the glory of God 1 Corinthians 10:31. This includes how we steward our health. We also hear your prayer for this to happen easily and effortlessly, and while God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask, He also calls us to self control which is part of the fruit of the Spirit Galatians 5:22-23 and to discipline our bodies with His strength. A city without self control is like a city broken down without walls Proverbs 25:28, so lasting health often comes through faithful daily choices rather than instant effortless change. We pray not for vanity but for health, to honor God with energy and stewardship, and we trust He will give you grace and strength for each step. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us Philippians 4:13, and beloved we pray that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2.

We have heard your prayer concerning your health and your desire to come to a sound and healthy weight, and we join you in bringing this before the Lord.
The Scripture teaches us that nothing is our own, it is all our Master's, and we are stewards of what He has entrusted to us. This stewardship includes the body itself, which is the temple of the Holy Ghost. As you have asked for health, we pray that the Lord would help you to steward this vineyard He has given you with faithfulness and diligence, not with idling or trifling or growing careless, but with a heart engaged in the work.
We pray also that you may be helped to examine yourself with honesty before God, not from vanity or self conceit, but from a sincere desire to be fit for His service. Without Christ we can do nothing, not even those little deeds of daily self denial and self control which this matter requires. Every particle of self reliance is weakness, but when we look to Him, He gives strength to labor faithfully and to walk in temperance.
May the Lord grant you healthy love for Him and for those you serve, and a sound mind in all your habits of eating and drinking and rest and labor, that whether ye eat or drink, ye may do all to the glory of God. We ask Him to give you grace for perseverance, wisdom to seek good counsel where needed, patience under disappointment, and humility to depend upon His help day by day, rather than upon any effortless way of man.
