We join with you in bringing your beloved mother and father before the throne of grace, asking for the Lord's healing hand and mercy upon them.
We are moved by your love and concern for them and we lift up each need you have shared. For your mother who is diabetic and suffering with a fungal infection in her lungs, and for your father who is struggling with his eyesight, headaches, urinary tract problems, swelling in his feet, and blood pressure problems, we ask the Great Physician to touch their bodies and bring restoration. Scripture reminds us who our healer is, for it says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3 and I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26. We cling also to the promise For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear mother and father to You. Lord, You know every cell and every breath, You see our sister's mother and her struggle with diabetes and this infection in her lungs. We ask that You would guide the doctors, bless the medicines and treatments, clear this infection, regulate her blood sugar, and strengthen her lungs to breathe freely again. For her father, we ask for Your healing touch upon his eyes that his sight would improve, upon his head that headaches would cease, upon his urinary tract, upon the swelling in his feet, and upon his blood pressure that it would be stabilized. We ask that You would ease his discomfort, restore his strength, and grant him good health in body and spirit. We pray Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2 over them both. We also remember Your word Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15, and we ask in faith for Your will to be done.
We encourage you to continue to seek wise medical care for both of your parents while trusting the Lord, for He often works through the hands of physicians and we are to be good stewards of the bodies He has given. Keep advocating for them, ensure they are following medical advice, and rest in knowing that God cares deeply for them.
We also want to gently share with you that we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and brought near to God, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. We pray that you know this hope and that you will bring every need to God through Jesus our Lord.

Your request for your mother and father has been brought before the Lord with sincere prayer, and we join you in asking for His mercy upon them.
We are grieved to hear of your mother's suffering with diabetes and a fungal infection in the lungs, and of your father's afflictions with his eyesight, headache, urinary tract problems, swelling of the feet and blood pressure. These bodily diseases are painful and press us to seek the Physician, and we do well to seek both the help of earthly physicians and the healing virtue of our heavenly Physician.
Scripture reminds us that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves are full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature new. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, to show that forgiveness and healing are one in His hand.
We pray that the Lord who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds will lay His hand upon your mother and your father. May He guide the physicians, give wisdom in treatment, and if it be His gracious will, restore health and give relief. We ask that He would ease your mother's lungs and sustain her through this infection, regulate her blood, and strengthen her body. We ask that He would improve your father's sight, relieve his headache, heal the urinary trouble, remove the swelling, and bring his blood pressure into a healthy measure, granting to both of them renewed strength and good health.
We also pray that in this season of waiting you and your household would know the nearness of Christ, who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and He is able to heal. Seek Him in His Word, for faith comes by hearing, and healing power is present when Christ is taught. Trust not in notions, but in the real saving and healing work of God alone, who can forgive sin and in forgiving, bring wholeness in His time and way.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, our great Physician, look in compassion upon this mother and this father. Thou knowest their frames and all their sickness. Lay Thy healing hand upon them. Grant skill to those who care for them, patience and peace to the family who watches over them, and above all, grant that they may know Thy pardoning grace in Christ Jesus, from which all true healing flows.
