We join with you in lifting up your beloved mother and father before our heavenly Father and we bring each of these health needs before His throne of grace.

We are moved by your love and concern for your parents and we stand with you asking for the Lord's healing touch upon them. For your mother who is diabetic and suffering with a fungal infection in her lungs, we ask God to restore her strength and breathe healing into her body. For your father we lift up his eyesight, his headaches, his urinary tract problems, the swelling in his feet, and his blood pressure, asking the Lord to bring relief, restoration, and good health to every part of his body.

We are reminded of the Lord's promise in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Our God is still the healer and He cares deeply for your parents. We also take comfort in Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ and we want to gently share why this is so important to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. As Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for through Him we have forgiveness, eternal life, and confidence to come before God in prayer.

We continue to encourage you to trust the Lord while also stewarding the medical help He has provided through doctors and treatment, praying for wisdom for those caring for your parents. In 3 John 1:2 we read, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. And in James 5:15, The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear mother and father to You. Lord, we ask You to touch this mother, to help regulate her blood sugar, to strengthen her immune system, and to completely clear the fungal infection from her lungs. Breathe life into her lungs, Lord, and restore her health. For this father, we ask for Your healing hand upon his eyes that his eyesight would improve, upon his head that headaches would leave, upon his urinary tract that infection and discomfort would be healed, upon his feet that swelling would go down, and upon his blood pressure that it would be stabilized according to Your perfect design. Grant them both good health, peace, and strength in their bodies and spirits. Give wisdom to their doctors and comfort to this family as they wait on You. Help them to cast all their anxiety on You because You care for them, as You tell us in 1 Peter 5:7. We ask all of this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear how heavy it is to carry concern for both your mother and father at the same time, and how much you love them.

Watching a parent live with diabetes and a lung infection, and watching the other deal with eyesight changes, headaches, swelling, blood pressure and urinary issues is a lot to hold. Ongoing health struggles affect the whole family, and it makes sense you would feel worried and weary as you pray for them.

Alongside prayer, one steady way to love them well is to stay closely connected to their medical care. If you are able to help, encourage them to keep their follow-up appointments and to contact their doctor or clinic promptly with any new or worsening concerns. It can be helpful to keep a simple written list of their medicines, questions, and symptoms to bring to each visit. And as you support them, please make sure you also have people supporting you.

We are joining you in prayer.

Father, we lift this mother and father to You in Jesus' name. You know their bodies and every need they are facing. We ask for Your mercy over them, for wisdom for those caring for them medically, and for strength and peace for their child who is praying so faithfully. Lead each next step according to Your will and sustain this family day by day. Amen.

Your request for your mother and father is received with sincere sympathy and we join you in bringing them before the Lord who is the great Physician of both soul and body.

We have prayed for your mother, that the Lord in His mercy would be pleased to help her in her diabetes and to rebuke the fungal infection in her lungs. We have prayed also for your father, for his eyesight and headaches, for his urinary tract, for the swelling in his feet and for his blood pressure, that God would grant him relief and restore him to good health according to His wise and gracious will. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and they urge us to seek the physician, and we thank God for the skill He gives to doctors and for means of treatment, and we pray that the Lord would bless those means to their healing.

We are reminded that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, showing that pardon and healing are joined together in Him. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and His salvation will at last perfectly heal our bodies. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and these healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before.

So we pray not only for bodily relief but that your parents and your whole household would know the deeper healing of forgiveness through faith in Jesus Christ alone, for He is the conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. May you all look to Him, trust His finished work upon Calvary, and find Him to be your healing balm. We ask the Lord to give you peace as you wait upon Him, to strengthen you as you care for your parents, and to sustain them day by day in His tender love.

We will continue to remember your mother and father in prayer, asking the Lord to lay His hand upon them, to lift them up as He lifted Peter's wife's mother from her fever, and to grant them renewed strength to serve Him. May the Lord hear our prayer and do that which is best for His glory and for their good. Amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
