We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your mother’s health to our Heavenly Father. The Scripture assures us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We stand on this promise, believing that the Lord is able to bring healing and restoration to her body.
Father God, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon her. Touch her lungs, Lord, and remove every trace of infection. Strengthen her immune system and grant her body the ability to fight off this illness. We also pray for her diabetes—give her discipline in managing her health, wisdom for her doctors, and grace to endure this trial. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,"* and we claim this truth over her life.
We also recognize that trials like these can weigh heavily on the heart. We pray for peace to surround her, that she would not be anxious but trust in Your perfect care. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or unconfessed sin in her life, we ask that You reveal it to her, Lord, so she may walk in full freedom and health. James 5:16 tells us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."*
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and command every bacterial infection to leave her body. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she *is* healed (Isaiah 53:5). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her testimony be a light to others.
Above all, we pray that she would draw nearer to You, Jesus, if she has not already placed her trust in You as her Savior. There is no healing—physical, emotional, or spiritual—apart from You. We pray she would surrender her life to You, for You alone are the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). May she experience Your love and peace in a deeper way through this trial.
We stand in agreement with you, believing for her complete restoration. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
