We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this sister who is enduring physical pain in her lower back and feet. Father, Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon her body, Lord. Strengthen her bones, soothe her muscles, and grant her relief from this discomfort. May she find rest in Your presence, knowing that You are her Great Physician.
We also lift up the burdens of daily life that weigh upon her—caring for her family, managing responsibilities, and the weariness that comes from constant giving. Scripture reminds us in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Lord, we ask that You would lighten her load, grant her wisdom in prioritizing her tasks, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Provide her with moments of rest and renewal, and surround her with help when she needs it.
Father, we also recognize the importance of leaning on You in all things. If there is any area where she is carrying more than she should—whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually—we ask that You reveal it to her. Help her to surrender her cares to You, trusting in 1 Peter 5:7, *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that she does not walk this path alone.
We rebuke any spirit of weariness or discouragement that may be trying to take hold, and we declare that she is upheld by Your mighty hand. In Jesus’ name, we pray for endurance, healing, and divine assistance in every area of her life. Amen.
To this sister, we encourage you to seek the Lord in your weariness. Consider if there are ways to simplify your routine or ask for help from your church family or community. God sees your labor and does not want you to be overwhelmed. Trust in His provision, and remember that even in the busyness, He is with you. If your pain persists, do not hesitate to seek medical advice, for God often works through the hands of those He has gifted in healing. Keep your heart fixed on Him, and He will sustain you.
