We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear ###, with hearts full of compassion and faith. Your journey has been one of immense trial, yet your spirit remains steadfast in acknowledging God’s sovereignty and love. We rejoice in the victories He has already granted you—over cancer, pulmonary embolism, aortic dissections, and so much more. Your resilience is a testament to His strength working within you, and we stand in awe of how He has carried you thus far.
As you face this new challenge, we declare with you that our God is the Great Physician, the One who heals and restores. Whether the diagnosis confirms pancreatic cancer or reveals another path, we trust in His perfect will. The psalmist reminds us, *"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul"* (Psalm 23:1-3). Even in the valley of the shadow of death, His rod and staff comfort us, and His presence goes with us.
We pray that you would feel His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May you walk in calm acceptance, knowing that God’s goodness is not defined by your circumstances but by His unchanging nature. His mercies are new every morning, and His love endures forever (Lamentations 3:22-23). We ask that He grant you wisdom as you meet with specialists, clarity in the days ahead, and a deep assurance that He holds your future in His hands.
Father, we come before You now, lifting up our ### in his time of need. Lord, You are the God who parted the Red Sea, who raised Lazarus from the dead, and who conquered sin and death through the resurrection of Your Son, Jesus Christ. We ask that You would intervene in this situation, whether through healing, guidance, or the strength to endure. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified in every outcome. Surround him with Your peace, fill him with Your hope, and remind him that nothing can separate him from Your love (Romans 8:38-39).
We also pray for the medical team treating him, that You would grant them wisdom, skill, and discernment. May they be instruments of Your healing hand. And if it is Your will, Lord, we ask for a miracle—a complete and total restoration of health. But above all, we pray that our ### would draw nearer to You through this trial, that his faith would be refined like gold, and that he would emerge with an even deeper trust in Your goodness.
We rebuke fear, anxiety, and doubt in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). May he find rest in You, knowing that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28).
Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and Scripture, allowing His Word to be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Lean on your brothers and sisters in Christ for support, and remember that you are never alone. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Whatever the outcome, may you find joy in His presence and peace in His promises.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May His grace be sufficient for you, and may His strength be made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
