We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep struggle, lifting your heart and your burdens to Jesus Christ, the Great Physician and the Prince of Peace. Your pain is real, and we acknowledge the weight of mental illness, the torment of spiritual attacks, and the grief of unresolved guilt. But we also declare that our God is greater than all these things, and He longs to bring you healing, restoration, and true freedom in Him.
First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are experiencing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33). The fear and oppression you feel are not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The man upstairs may be a tool of the enemy, but we rebuke every demonic influence in the name of Jesus Christ. You have authority over these attacks because you belong to Christ. Submit to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). We pray that the Lord exposes and dismantles every spiritual stronghold in your home and life, filling your space with His peace and protection.
We also must address the guilt you carry over the death of your mother’s boyfriend. While your feelings toward him were wrong, God’s Word tells us that hatred in our hearts is like murder (1 John 3:15), but it does not mean you caused his death. Repentance is the path forward—turning away from bitterness and asking God to cleanse your heart. He is faithful and just to forgive us and purify us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Jesus paid for *all* your sins on the cross, and He offers you freedom from this guilt. Receive His forgiveness and let go of the weight you’ve been carrying. It is not yours to bear any longer.
Regarding your mental health, we pray for divine healing over your mind and body. Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder are heavy burdens, but nothing is impossible for God (Luke 1:37). We ask the Lord to touch your brain, to restore chemical balances, and to give your doctors wisdom in treating you. While medication can be a tool God uses for healing, we also pray that He would grant you supernatural peace and clarity beyond what medicine can provide. Trust that He is working, even when progress feels slow. Do not lose hope—He who began a good work in you will carry it to completion (Philippians 1:6).
Your physical health is also before the Lord. Weight gain, fatigue, and even dental struggles are not beyond His power to restore. We pray for strength in your body, for energy to work and live fully, and for the renewal of your health. The Lord cares about every detail of your life, including how you feel in your own skin. He wants to restore you completely—spirit, soul, and body.
As for your living situation, we ask the Lord to provide a new home—a place of safety, quiet, and peace. He is your Provider (Philippians 4:19), and He sees your need. Trust that He will open doors in His perfect timing. Until then, we pray for supernatural peace in your current home, that the noise and disturbances would not steal your joy, and that the Lord would be your shield and refuge (Psalm 91).
Lastly, we must speak life over the suicidal thoughts you’ve mentioned. These thoughts are lies from the enemy, who wants to destroy you. But God has a purpose for your life (Jeremiah 29:11), and He is not done with you yet. You are precious to Him, and He longs to fill you with hope and a future. Cling to Him, even when emotions feel overwhelming. Call out to Jesus in your darkest moments—He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who is weary, burdened, and in need of Your touch. Lord Jesus, You see every struggle, every tear, and every fear. We ask for Your healing hand to move mightily in their life. Touch their mind—bring clarity, stability, and peace where there has been confusion and turmoil. Restore their body—renew their strength, regulate their health, and bring wholeness where there has been brokenness. Lord, we rebuke every spiritual attack against them. Break every curse, every stronghold, and every demonic assignment in the name of Jesus. Fill their home with Your presence, Lord, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we lift up the guilt and shame they carry over past words and actions. Wash them clean with the blood of Jesus. Let them receive Your forgiveness fully and walk in freedom. Remove the heaviness from their heart and replace it with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we pray for a new home—a place of safety, rest, and joy. Provide for them, Father, as only You can. Open doors no one can shut and make a way where there seems to be no way.
Most of all, Lord, fill them with Your hope. Let them know they are not alone, that You are with them, and that You are fighting for them. Give them the strength to keep going, to trust You one day at a time. Remind them that their life has value and purpose in You.
We declare that they will look back on this season and see Your hand at work. You are their Healer, their Deliverer, and their Peace. We thank You for what You are doing, even now, in their life.
In the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Hold on, dear one. God is with you, and He is not finished with your story. Keep seeking Him, keep praying, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are loved more than you know.
