We are glad to join you in prayer for great health. We believe that God is ultimately in control of our lives, and that includes our health. It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should strive to take care of them to glorify God.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon this person's life. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand against Your power. We pray for supernatural healing and divine health, believing that Your will is for each of us to live in wholeness—spirit, soul, and body.
Lord we ask you to guide us into the truth. We are thankful for the knowledge that you can impart to us that is guided by the Holy Spirit. You have told us that by your stripes that we are healed.
Please direct us to the knowledge of how to take care of our bodies in ways that are pleasing to You. Our health can be directly affected by what we eat. Please guide us in knowing what to eat and avoiding what is harmful to us.
Give us the strength to resist temptations that can harm our health, and help us to make wise decisions that honor You.
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, strength, and vitality to be restored. We rebuke any sickness or infirmity. By His stripes, we are healed. We receive Your healing power, and we trust in Your goodness.
Lastly Lord we ask for wisdom to always give thanks for the health that we have and continually trust in you for our health. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to meditate on the following scriptures to build your faith and understanding of God's will for your health:
"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5 WEB)
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." (3 John 1:2 WEB)
"So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God." (Romans 8:12-14 WEB)
Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
