Hi everyone I am not feeling well. Having a lot of back pain and on top of that I feel very nauseous and I have belly cramps.

It's my day off today but I have to go back to work tomorrow. Please pray for healing and that I can go to work with no problems.

Please pray that I'll have a good rest of the day and a good night sleep. No migraines or puking like last night.

don't worry darling, I am kind and gentle and and listen to you, says the Lord. Ask for wisdom for decisions will need to be made about your pains. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
