Hi everybody,

I'd like to ask you to pray for me. I've been struggling with insomnia for 2-3 weeks, tinnitus added to it and right now I feel terrible (sleep-deprived, exhausted, nervous, anxious). I feel it started when I got to tranlaste publicly for a speaker who was beyond my abilities.

I just read something about hypervigilance and realised it just fits to how I have been. I went through a lot of emotional and verbal abuse as a child and still feel jumpy and weary of people. I've been on a journey of healing with Father, but the "translating" event was a bit to much and I struggle to recover.

He has my full permission to any healing he wants to bring, even to those roots of abuse, fear, and anxiety.

Give Him this day and everything that it holds.

Walk in His goodness, knowing that His gentle hand will guide you and keep you.
