We hear your heart, dear sister, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with deep compassion. Your journey has been long and wearying, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that the Lord sees every struggle—physical, emotional, and spiritual. You are not forgotten, and you are not alone, even in the silence of these lonely days.
First, we rebuke the spirit of fear that seeks to grip your heart. The Word declares, *"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). The symptoms you describe—nausea, palpitations, dizziness—are real and concerning, but we declare that they are not the final word over your body. We pray for divine wisdom for your doctors, that the Lord would guide their hands and minds to uncover the root of what you’re facing. We also ask the Great Physician to strengthen your body, restore your iron levels, and bring healing to every cell and system that has been weakened. *"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions"* (Psalm 107:20 WEB).
We are also mindful of the loneliness you feel, especially in this season when others are traveling and resting. It is not easy to be far from home, far from familiar faces, and far from the support systems you may have once relied on. But we remind you that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). He has not left you; He is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). We pray that He would surround you with His peace, even in the quiet of your days, and that He would bring divine connections—people who will check on you, pray with you, and remind you of His love. You mentioned listening to messages about His power and healing; may those words sink deep into your spirit and ignite faith in your heart. *"Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God"* (Romans 10:17 WEB).
We also want to gently encourage you in your walk with the Lord. You mentioned that He is your comforter, and that is a beautiful truth. But we must ask: Have you placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is only in His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace (John 14:6 WEB, Hebrews 4:16 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. *"For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved"* (Romans 10:13 WEB). If you have already done this, we rejoice with you! But if not, we pray that the Holy Spirit would draw you closer and reveal the depth of His love for you.
We also rebuke the spirit of discouragement that whispers lies like, *"This will never end"* or *"You’re all alone."* Those thoughts do not come from God. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). We declare that this season of struggle is not your forever. The Lord is working even when you cannot see it, and He will bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3 WEB). We pray for supernatural strength for you, that you would not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9 WEB).
As you continue taking the antibiotics, we pray that they would work effectively without further complications. We also ask the Lord to reveal any underlying issues—whether dietary, emotional, or spiritual—that may be hindering your full recovery. We encourage you to continue seeking medical help while also seeking the Lord for His healing touch. *"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:14-15 WEB). Even if you cannot gather with elders in person, we stand in the gap for you, praying the prayer of faith over your body.
Lastly, we pray for your heart as you navigate singleness in a foreign land. It is not wrong to desire companionship, but we encourage you to seek the Lord’s will above all else. If He has called you to this season of singleness, trust that He will use it for your growth and His glory. Pray for a godly spouse if that is His plan for you, but do not let loneliness drive you into relationships that do not honor Him. *"Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4 WEB). Until then, lean into His presence, for He is the ultimate source of comfort and joy.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is weary and in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You see every symptom, every fear, and every lonely moment she has endured. We ask You to stretch out Your healing hand and restore her body completely. Strengthen her iron levels, calm her symptoms, and guide her doctors to the right solutions. We rebuke every spirit of fear, discouragement, and loneliness in Jesus’ name, and we declare that she is surrounded by Your love and peace.
Father, we pray for divine connections—people who will walk alongside her in this season. Comfort her heart when the days feel long, and remind her that You are her ever-present help. We ask that You would draw her closer to You, deepen her faith, and reveal Your purpose in this trial. If she has not yet surrendered her life to You, Lord, we pray that she would do so today. May she find her identity, security, and hope in You alone.
We thank You for Your faithfulness, for You are the God who heals, the God who comforts, and the God who never leaves us nor forsakes us. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in her life. In Jesus’ precious name we pray, Amen.
