Health/transportation

Please help I just found out I have high blood pressure and very scared. Also, have no transportation home from work at night and have been walking in cold/dark. I had a ride and person suddenly stopped helping me and I don't know why. Please soften his heart to help me out a little bit longer. Thank you.
