Health stomach, no gastritis, worries, unfulfilled needs/desires

Relaxed body, especially stomach.
No worries about my future (no life partner, friends, I need a new job, debt, brother in prison...)
Normal stomach acid, no symptoms in my stomach.
Loneliness, hopelessness, fear that I will never find a partner, too many disappointments....
