I am at university, and health issues have caused me to get an "I"/ incomplete grade for a course, and many zeroes for assignments. I have more overdue assignments than I have ever had. I am considering leaving school right now, as weakness, fatigue and mental confusion make me unable to do simple tasks (assignments, studying, hair care, tidying my room, simple exercises, etc.). I am on antidepressants, but they only prevent irritability, and I am unsure if there is something else up besides depression. My symptoms are worsening, and I am wasting time and money at college that I cannot afford to waste. Please pray for me. Thanks.

Sister I beg you k neel before Your Lord and thank him for his mercy and for your health and wellbeing, drop this pills in the toilet, I DECLARE YOU DO NOT NEED THEM ANYMORE.
