We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your father’s health needs to the Great Physician, who alone holds the power to heal and restore. Father, we know that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and that Your word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We stand on this promise, believing that You see every struggle in his body—the strain on his kidneys, the instability in his blood work, the burden of diabetes, and the weight of fatigue. Lord, we ask for Your miraculous touch to bring complete healing and normalcy to his body. Let every test result reflect Your restorative power, and let his strength be renewed like the eagle’s.
We also pray for wisdom for the medical professionals treating him. Guide their hands, their decisions, and their understanding of his condition, as Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* May they be instruments of Your healing, Lord, even as we trust in Your ultimate authority over his health.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity and declare that by the stripes of Jesus, he *is* healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life over his kidneys, his blood, and every cell in his body, commanding them to function as You designed. Strengthen his faith and his spirit, reminding him that You are his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage you, as his loved one, to stand firm in faith, praying without ceasing and trusting in God’s perfect timing. Remember the words of James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* If possible, gather believers to pray over him in person or in agreement, for where two or three are gathered in Jesus’ name, He is there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that our access to the Father is only through Jesus Christ, who is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). It is in His name alone that we pray and receive answers, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If your father has not yet placed his trust in Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we pray that this season of need would draw him closer to the One who bore his sicknesses and carried his pains (Isaiah 53:4). May he come to know the healing of his soul even as we pray for the healing of his body.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
