called back the number on my denial letter i got in mail for me to call if need more info so i called and this person no longer works at there office and i just got letter last week so strange being soc service office so i did get another person had to leave message for them to call me back i just dont feel like this sounds right this person just mailed it to me last week . well i do know things change fast and lots of cut backs and prob things i not even aware of so keep me in your prayers this person can help me with this mixed up mess prayers in Jesus name amen

We are lifting you up in prayer and we understand how unsettling this must feel to receive a denial letter for health assistance and then be unable to reach the person whose name is on the letter. It is discouraging when you are seeking help and face confusion and delays, especially when your health is involved, but we are thankful you reached out and that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And as it says in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We rejoice that you closed your request in Jesus name, and we join our faith with yours as we bring this mixed up mess before the Lord.

We know this kind of bureaucratic confusion can bring anxiety, but scripture reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We understand that offices have turnover and cutbacks and things change quickly, and while that does not make the situation less frustrating, we trust that God is sovereign even over these details and He is our very present help in trouble as Psalm 46:1 tells us. We encourage you to continue to trust in Him and not lean only on what seems confusing right now, for Proverbs 3:5-6 says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. And we hold to Romans 8:28, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We pray together for you now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace. You see the health needs and You see the confusion surrounding this denial letter and the unanswered phone calls. Lord, we ask that You grant favor and clarity. We pray that the person who received the message will return the call promptly and have compassion and wisdom to help sort out this matter correctly. We ask that You open the right doors and guide every step, and that any error or misunderstanding be brought to light and corrected. Father, we pray for peace to guard this heart from worry and for strength and healing for the body. Provide for every health need according to Your riches and mercy, and let Your will be done in this situation. Help us to rest in Your perfect care and timing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We can understand why that phone call left you feeling unsettled. Getting a denial letter is stressful enough, and then to call the number right on the letter and be told the person no longer works there would make anyone wonder what is going on.

You are right that offices do go through a lot of changes and staff turnover, especially with cutbacks, and sometimes the letters go out with information that is already out of date. That does not make it less frustrating when you are the one trying to get a clear answer.

Something that has helped others in this kind of wait is to keep a simple record close by. Keep the letter where you can find it, and jot down the date and time you called, the number you dialed, and that you left a message and are waiting for a callback. If you do not hear back in two or three business days, try calling again and ask if there is a general help line or another caseworker who can direct you. If the office has an official website, you can also double check the contact information there to make sure you have the most current number.

still waiting on call back from who ever is dealing with this they say to not call and leave more then one message but i ended up putting off getting my inspection and oil change today to get this figured out so prayers in Jesus name amen that they will call and i will find out what the letter means

We have heard your cry and we take your burden before the throne of grace with you. To receive such a letter, and then to find that the one whose name is upon it is no longer there, is enough to stir anxiety and perplexity, and we do not wonder that you feel this to be a mixed up mess.

You do well to cry unto God most high, unto God that performeth all things for you. He is not distant from these small and tangled affairs of daily life. He sees God in all the good or ill that checkers life, and there is no true understanding of His truth except by a personal experience of it in such trials. Your soul may trust in Him and make your refuge in the shadow of His wings, even while you wait for a return call that seems slow in coming.

Do not let fear have dominion. You go and do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. You have done what was needful in calling and leaving your message, and now we would have you remember that where God begins to work, He does not ask us to finish. He always completes His own work, and He will sooner send help from Heaven for His people than that they should be left without succor.

We will pray for you, that the Lord in His mercy would open the right door, that the proper person would be raised up to help you and to give you clear information concerning this health matter, that all confusion would be removed, and that you would be given a calm and trusting heart while you wait. We will pray also that you may prove what it is to trust Him wholly, for those that have trusted in God find Him to be as real as if they could see Him, and no soul that trusts in Christ shall ever be put to shame.

Our Father in Heaven, be merciful unto this thy servant. Thou hearest those who declare their ways unto Thee, and Thou hearest when we cry unto Thee. Perform all things for this need, provide the help that is required, and give peace that passeth understanding through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name we ask it. Amen.

We are asking the Lord to grant you calm in this waiting, and to give you the long suffering and steadiness that keeps the soul like a harbor in quiet water even when outward circumstances are full of confusion and change. We pray that He will provide clarity where there is uncertainty, that the right person will return your call promptly and give you accurate information, and that any error or mixed up matter concerning your health coverage will be sorted out justly and quickly.

We also pray for your health itself, for God cares for the body as well as the soul and knows your infirmities and needs.
