The Soul-Winner
A true Christian’s life naturally bears fruit that blesses others and actively seeks to win souls for Christ.
We join you in prayer for these practical burdens you are carrying and we thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father.

We understand the frustration of needing to get answers about your health issues, the vehicle inspection, and especially the letter from social services when it is difficult to reach anyone and you are unsure what information is still needed. We know God cares about even these daily details and administrative obstacles.

We are reminded of His promise in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And also 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up our brother or sister to You. Lord, You see the health concerns and we ask for Your healing hand and Your peace over their body and mind. You know the need for this vehicle inspection and we ask that You would allow it to go smoothly and without unexpected cost or delay. And Father, You know the confusion regarding the social services letter and the difficulty in getting a response. We ask that You would open a door for clear communication, that the right person would be available, that messages would be returned, and that it would be made clear what information is needed so it can be completed. We pray that if the office is closed tomorrow, You would still order their steps and give patience, and if it is open, that both tasks would be accomplished with Your favor. Guide every conversation and grant wisdom to all involved. We trust in Your provision according to Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord with these matters and to be persistent while resting in His peace. Keep copies of any papers you have sent and any new letter you received, write down the dates and times you call and the names of anyone you speak with, and continue to leave clear messages with your contact information. The Lord directs our steps as Proverbs 16:9 tells us, A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. Even when systems feel slow or closed, we know that Romans 8:28 is true, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We thank God that you have brought these needs to Him and we continue to stand with you that tomorrow will bring clarity, favor, and completion of what needs to be done. May the Lord grant you strength, health, and peace as you wait on Him. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We hear how frustrating this has been for you, trying to get answers from social services and getting the vehicle inspection done while also carrying health concerns. It makes sense you would feel worn down by the phone tag and the appointment requirements.

We are praying with you that both items on your list go as smoothly as possible tomorrow, especially since Tuesday may be closed for voting.

A couple of small things that sometimes help when offices are hard to reach:

When you call social services, have the letter, a pen and paper right in front of you. We have found it helps to write down the date and time you called, who you spoke with, and to ask specifically, "Can you tell me exactly which documents are still missing and the best way to get them to you?" If you get voicemail, leaving your full name, case number if you have one, and two good times to reach you can make a callback more likely. You can also ask if there is an email or portal to submit things or to request an appointment without having to go in person.

For the inspection, bringing your registration and insurance card and double checking their hours tonight may save an extra trip.

We are also praying for your health alongside these practical needs, and we encourage you to keep your doctor or care team in the loop as you are able.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. You see the effort it takes to handle these calls and appointments. We ask for favor, for clear answers, for kind help on the other end of the line, and for strength and peace while waiting. Guide each step tomorrow and provide what is needed. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been brought before us and we join you in prayer before our gracious God. You have spoken of health issues and of two pressing duties, the inspection of your vehicle and the letter from social services asking for further information, with the difficulty of reaching them by phone and the need for an appointment to be seen in person. We understand how such thronging duties can press upon the mind, and how the uncertainty of waiting for a call that does not come can weary the spirit.

We are reminded that the Lord will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon Him, because he trusts in Him. This peace is not a mere lull of anxiety or a blindness to danger, but a peace which Christ has purchased with His blood and which the Holy Spirit works within the soul. It is a peace that may be enjoyed even when sorrows surge round and when duties press, for to do the will of Jesus is rest, and the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. When anxiety arises through difficulty, it unfits us to meet that difficulty, but faith brings a filling peace, a peace in believing that is well founded upon Christ Himself, for He is our peace.

You have also felt the trial of patience, having to leave messages without answer and to wait for an opening. You have heard of the patience of Job, the patience of a man like ourselves, tried by personal affliction and by many sorrows, yet sustained by God until the end. May the same Lord who sustained him sustain you, and make your patience a testimony of His grace while you wait.

We will pray for you. We ask the Lord to touch your body and grant you health and strength according to His good will, to give you favor and clarity as you seek to speak with those in social services, that you may understand what information is still required and be able to provide it without further hindrance, and to prosper the inspection of your vehicle. We pray that if it be His will, both matters may go smoothly tomorrow, and that even if doors remain closed on account of voting day or other hindrances, you may be kept in perfect peace, trusting that in Jesus keeping you are safe. May He renew your peace day by day, for He is the God of peace who cannot change.

We commend you to Him who has made peace through the blood of His cross, and we pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone we have peace with God. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer request has been heard and I am joining you in prayer before the Lord for these needs you have brought.

I understand you are carrying health concerns while also trying to handle a vehicle inspection and a letter from social services about missing information. It is frustrating when you cannot reach someone by phone, when messages are not returned, and when you cannot be seen without an appointment. It is understandable to feel anxious about getting everything done, especially with the uncertainty about whether the office will be open tomorrow.

Scripture teaches us that patience is part of faith. To wait on the Lord, to endure what is difficult without being troubled in heart, is to show that we trust Him to provide and to act in His time. Patience and hope strengthen each other, and both are nourished as we keep our minds on God's Word and His promises. Even when answers are delayed or doors seem closed, God remains present and attentive to those who call on Him through Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, I lift up this need to You. You know the health struggles being faced and I ask for Your mercy, for strength, for healing according to Your will, and for peace in the midst of worry. Lord, grant favor and clarity regarding the vehicle inspection and the social services matter. Help the needed information to be made clear, open the way for communication, and guide every conversation so that what needs to be accomplished can be done without confusion or delay. Give wisdom to know what to bring, what to ask, and how to follow up. Calm any anxiety and help there to be rest in Your care and provision. May tomorrow bring opportunity and may Your hand make the path smooth. We trust You as our help and provider, and we ask all this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior. Amen.

We will continue to pray that the Lord grants you help, steadiness, and a good outcome in each of these matters.
