"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's" (Psalm 103:2-5).

I ask I would make the most of my time when I exercise and workout, eat, drink, sleep -- everything really for the glory of God (1 Cor 10:7). Please heal tendonitis and strengthen my muscles, joints, ligaments, cartlidge and tendons to physically train. Give increased aerobic & anaerobic respiration. Help me eat properly, take proper nutritional supplements, get proper cardio activity and get physical check-ups. Help me to stretch and lift properly, sleep well and maintain a healthy and well-balanced schedule.

I request protection from sickness, sin, satan, hurt, harm and injury. Open doors to share at the gym and grant a solid life witness to back it up. Thank you in Jesus name.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen
