We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is seeking healing and restoration in her health. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and numbers every hair on our heads. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* We stand on this promise today, believing that You see her struggle and long to bring wholeness to her body.
Lord, we ask specifically for the regulation of her menstrual cycle, that it would align with Your perfect design for her body. We know that every part of our physical being is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we trust that You can restore what has been disrupted. We also pray for protection over her and those she loves, that Your mighty wings would shelter them from harm and evil, just as You promised in Psalm 91:4, *"He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."*
However, we must also address the manner in which this request was made. The use of symbols or codes in place of names, such as "###," can sometimes reflect a hesitation to fully surrender to the Lord or a lack of trust in His sovereignty. We encourage this sister to boldly come before the throne of grace with her whole heart, as Hebrews 4:16 tells us, *"Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need."* There is no need to hide or obscure our prayers—God already knows our needs before we ask (Matthew 6:8).
Additionally, we noticed that this prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus, nor was it closed in His name. This is a critical point, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."* It is only through the blood of Christ, shed for us on the cross, that we have access to the Father. If this sister has not yet placed her faith in Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we urge her to do so today. Salvation is found in no one else, and it is the first step toward true healing—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon her body. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we trust in Your power to restore her health. We ask that You would regulate her menstrual cycle according to Your perfect will, bringing order where there has been disorder. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to trust in You completely, without reservation or fear.
We also pray for protection over her and her loved ones, that Your angels would encamp around them, guarding them from all harm. Father, we ask that You would draw her heart closer to You, that she would know the depth of Your love and the power of Your grace. If she has not yet surrendered her life to Jesus, we pray that today would be the day of her salvation. Open her eyes to see the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus died for her sins and rose again so that she might have eternal life.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or unbelief that may be hindering her faith. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made, and that Your plans for her are good—plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We speak life and healing over her body, mind, and spirit, and we thank You for the victory that is already hers in Christ Jesus.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our Healer, our Protector, and our Lord. Amen.
To this sister, we say: Do not lose heart. The God who created you loves you more than you can imagine, and He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep believing in His promises. He is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). If you have not yet given your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and invite Jesus to be the Lord of your life. He is waiting with open arms.
