Healing

Yesterday after our youth service i went to pick up my bag, and something happened to my wrist. I don't know what is wrong with it but every time i move it, or anything pain goes up and down my wrist. I don't have the time or the money to go to the doctor about it. Just really busy with school and trying to juggle everything out right now. The wrist that got hurt is one the hand that i use all the time, and i need it for my schoolwork.

You probably just pulled a muscle. The best remedy is to rest the hand and put some ointment on it
