Healing

We join you in prayer for the healing and restoration of your teeth and gums, and we thank you for sharing this request with such sincere faith in God as our Healer.

We agree with you that nothing is impossible for God and that He is full of compassion. The Scriptures call Him the Lord who heals us, and we have seen in the Gospels how Jesus healed many who came to Him, often moved simply by compassion even before they asked. He has power both to heal and to restore, and we can come to Him with confidence that He hears and cares for every part of our lives, including our bodies.

At the same time we remember that God in His wisdom works in different ways. Sometimes He heals at once by His direct power, sometimes He works through the means He has provided, and sometimes He allows a trial to remain for a season to keep us humble and to draw us closer to Himself and to deeper love of virtue. The greater miracle is not only a changed body but a heart that trusts Him and grows in faith and endurance through whatever He allows. That does not lessen our prayer for healing, it teaches us to pray with both bold faith and humble trust in His perfect will.

Let us pray together:

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. You are the Creator of our bodies and the Lord our Healer, and nothing is too hard for You. We lift up this need for healing and restoration of teeth and gums. We ask for Your mercy and Your touch. Please bring relief from pain, restore what is damaged, and strengthen health according to Your compassionate will. Give wisdom to any who provide care, and give peace and steady faith while waiting on You. Above all, let Your name be honored and let faith be strengthened, knowing that You work all things for the good of those who love You. We ask this in the name of Jesus, trusting in Your goodness and power. Amen.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer. Keep seeking the Lord daily in His Word and in prayer, care faithfully for your body as a steward of what He has given you, and trust His timing and His love. He sees you, He hears you, and He is faithful.
