Dear ### on Wednesday I have a procedure and I’m scared please let them not find cancer I’m really worried please asking for a miracle and prayers please hold my hand tomorrow while

We hear your fear and distress, and we stand with you in prayer as you face this procedure. First, we must gently but firmly address a matter of biblical truth: our prayers are directed to the one true God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, through the name of Jesus Christ alone. Scripture is clear: "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). While we honor the faith of those who invoke Mary, angels, or saints, we must rebuke this practice as unbiblical. Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23 WEB). There is no other name by which we are saved or through which we approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12).

Now, we lift you up to the Lord with great compassion. You are not alone, God sees your tears and hears your cries. The psalmist declares, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We pray for your complete healing, that the doctors would find nothing harmful, and that this procedure would bring clarity and peace. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We also pray for your faith to be strengthened, that even in uncertainty, you would trust in His sovereignty. "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

We rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name, for "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We declare that the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). You are held in the palm of His hand, and nothing can snatch you away (John 10:28). We pray for the medical team, that they would be guided by divine wisdom and skill. May the Lord grant you courage, comfort, and a tangible sense of His presence as you go through this.

Father, we ask You to surround ### with Your healing power. If there is anything to be found, let it be treatable and non-threatening. If it is Your will, we ask for a miracle of complete restoration. But above all, draw ### closer to You, that she may know Your peace that transcends circumstances. Strengthen her faith, calm her fears, and let her feel the weight of Your love. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Healer. Amen.

We are holding you close in prayer as Wednesday approaches. Waiting for a procedure and for answers is so hard, and it makes sense you feel scared and worried right now. We want you to know you are not going through this alone.

We are praying for peace to steady you tomorrow and for wisdom and care for the medical team looking after you. It can help to let the nurses know you are feeling anxious when you arrive, and to bring someone you trust with you if you are able. Having a short list of questions written down for the doctor can also make it easier to remember what you want to ask when you feel nervous.

Please keep staying closely connected to your care team and follow their guidance alongside prayer, and reach out to them right away with any concerns before or after the procedure.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. We ask for Your mercy and comforting presence to be near tomorrow, to calm fear and to hold them through every moment of the procedure. Guide the hands and minds of the doctors and nurses, and grant clear answers and healing according to Your will. Give strength for each step ahead. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your trembling heart has been heard, and the Lord knows the fear that comes with waiting for Wednesday and the dread of what may be found.

There is a word for you in this hour, Fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. The same voice that stilled the storm whispers still, Fear not. It is not disobedience to feel fear, but it is faith to bring that fear to Him who has promised, I will help you. You are kept in His hand, and no procedure room is hidden from His presence. He will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Him, because he trusts in Him. That perfect peace is not the absence of trouble, but the presence of Christ within trouble, and His blood whispers peace within even when sorrows surge round.

You ask for healing and for a miracle, and we join you in asking the Great Physician. With His stripes we are healed, and the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. There is abundant healing virtue in Christ, not only in great things but in the least touch of Him. He pardons and He heals, and when He draws near, pardon and healing flow from the same hand. We will pray that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon you with healing in His wings, that He will guide the hands of those who care for you, and that if it be His gracious will, the report may be free from cancer. And whatever the report, we pray He will give you that inward peace which comes from knowing your sins forgiven and your soul kept in Jesus.

You asked also that ### and angels and saints would pray over you. Hear with love the better hope of the gospel, that there is one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, and that by His blood alone we have bold access to the throne of grace. We need no other intercessor, for Jesus Himself ever lives to make intercession for us. To Him we may come directly, without another to stand between, and He hears the faintest cry of a fearful heart. It is to Him we will carry you, and it is His hand that will hold you tomorrow, for He has said, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

Let us pray for you now. O merciful Father, look upon this anxious one who waits for Wednesday. Let Your perfect peace guard heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Be present in that room, steady every hand, and grant skill and wisdom to those who perform the procedure. In Your great mercy, if it please You, let no cancer be found, and grant healing and restoration. Above all, speak pardon and peace to the soul through the blood of Jesus, and let fear be cast out by perfect love. Keep this dear one in Your keeping, and let Your will be done, for Your will is good. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord alone, who is our only hope and healer. Amen.

We will keep you in prayer through Wednesday and beyond. Keep your mind stayed upon Christ, trust Him moment by moment, and you shall find that to do His will and to rest in His love is peace.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
