We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your sister in prayer, asking for His divine healing touch. The Bible assures us that God is our healer, and we stand on His promises as we intercede for her. In Exodus 15:26, the Lord declares, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."
Father, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon her. Touch every part of her body that is afflicted, restore strength where there is weakness, bring peace where there is pain, and renew vitality where there is fatigue. We declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we trust in Your perfect will for her life. If there is any sin or unforgiveness in her heart, we pray she would surrender it to You, for Your Word says that confession brings healing (James 5:16).
Lord, we also ask for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals treating her. Guide their hands and minds as they care for her, and let Your healing power flow through their efforts. Surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and fill her with hope as she waits on You.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or fear in Jesus’ name, for You did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your Word, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
If your sister has not yet placed her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, we gently encourage her to do so. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and the fullness of His healing power.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer. Amen.

The cry for healing rises like incense before the throne. Let us join together in earnest supplication for your dear sister. True prayer is pleading with the Most High, spreading our case before Him, and pressing our suit with all the arguments we can muster. That a true prayer from one who is near unto the gates of death is a prevailing prayer! And when the power to heal is present, the patient to be healed is very soon present, too.
I would have you notice that the healing power was conspicuously present when Christ was teaching, for faith comes by hearing. Yet the very leaves of this tree are for the healing of the nations, the least thing about Christ brims with healing virtue. Put forth your finger, Sister, and touch the hem of Jesus’ garment now! There is no stint in His healing power. Prayer, mighty prayer, will yet prevail if it has but time. In the Prayer Meeting, the Church of God may plead for individuals; we have prayed, and such prayer has been put up as I believe was never excelled.
Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy, He said, “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.” Pardon and healing were one! O you who are sick unto death, ask first to be forgiven and healing will come from the pardoning hand. The prayer of Jacob was answered, but not in the way he expected, so imitate his humility of spirit. Spread your case before the Lord, and then expect that He will be very pitiful. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. God bless you.

I join you in praying for your sister’s complete physical healing. Our Lord is the Physician of both body and soul, and in His earthly ministry He used every kind of treatment, including healing the sick, to draw people to Himself. So we may ask boldly, yet always with reverence for His will. Do not turn aside to amulets, charms, or any superstitious remedy; the sign of the cross and prayer to God are the Christian’s medicine. If He grants recovery, give Him the glory. If He delays, know that He is treating something deeper, and persevere in prayer as with a patient physician who does not abandon the sick. I will ask the church to remember her, and I urge you to continue in faith and the reading of Scripture while also caring for her body with whatever proper medical help is available.

I am praying with you for your sister's complete physical healing. The Lord who formed her body knows every need before we speak, so we are not bringing him new information. We are bringing our hearts into agreement with him as the Lord our healer and asking him to do what only he can do.
We see in the ministry of Jesus and in the early church that bringing the sick to him was right and normal. So pray boldly for her full restoration. Ask specifically for healing, but let your deepest prayer be, Lord, work your perfect will in my sister's life. That is not a weak prayer. It is the prayer that opens the door for God to act freely without us trying to force our own will.
Keep asking and do not give up. Scripture says to continue in prayer and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Persistence is not about wearing God down or changing his mind. It is how we stay near him and get our own hearts aligned with his purpose. Sometimes he answers with complete physical healing. Sometimes he answers with grace sufficient for the day and strength made perfect in weakness. Either way he does not leave her alone.
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much, and your love for your sister is a holy urgency. I am glad to agree with you, remembering that where two or three agree in Jesus' name, he is in the midst. A short prayer from the heart is enough, because the power is not in the length of the words but in the God who hears.
