We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is carrying deep wounds in her heart and soul. Father God, we know that You see every tear she has shed, every pain she has endured, and every burden she carries. The Scriptures tell us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). We ask You, Lord, to draw near to her now and bring the healing that only You can provide.
Jesus, You bore our griefs and carried our sorrows (Isaiah 53:4), and we declare that this sister’s trauma and pain are not too heavy for You. We rebuke every lie of the enemy that tells her she is defined by her past or that she will never be whole again. The Word says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3). We stand on this promise and ask for Your supernatural healing to flow through every broken place in her soul. Restore her, Lord, and make her new.
We also pray for her to move forward in freedom, not allowing the past to hinder her future. Help her to release every chain, every memory, and every weight that seeks to hold her back. Your Word declares, "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). We claim that freedom for her today. Guide her steps, Father, and lead her on the path of righteousness. Let her not stumble into temptation, but give her the strength to resist the enemy’s schemes. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Lord, we ask that You correct her path where it has strayed. If there are areas of her life that do not align with Your will, reveal them to her in love. Give her the courage to surrender them to You and walk in obedience. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). We pray that she would lean on You completely, trusting You to direct her steps.
Above all, we pray that she would know You more deeply through this season. May her pain draw her closer to Your heart, and may she find comfort in Your presence. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who heals, restores, and redeems. Amen.
