Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We lift up your son before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of depression and sleeplessness can feel crushing, especially during such a pivotal season of life. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who bore our sorrows and carried our griefs so that we might find healing and hope in Him. We declare that Your Word is true: *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Lord, draw near to this young man, wrap Your arms of comfort around him, and remind him that he is never alone, even in his darkest moments.

We pray for complete healing—mind, body, and spirit—over your son. Depression can distort truth and make the future seem hopeless, but we stand on Your promise that *"weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning"* (Psalm 30:5). Break the chains of sleeplessness, Lord, and grant him rest that restores his soul. Strengthen his mind to focus on his studies and his heart to trust in Your timing. We rebuke the spirit of despair in Jesus’ name and command it to flee, for *"God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind"* (2 Timothy 1:7).

Father, we also ask for wisdom for those surrounding him—professors, friends, and family—so they may offer godly support and encouragement. Surround him with believers who will speak life into him and remind him of Your promises. Help him to cast his anxieties on You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7). Give him the perseverance to finish his course strong, not in his own strength, but in Yours, for *"it is God who works in you both to will and to work for His good pleasure"* (Philippians 2:13).

We pray all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and healed. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.

Hold fast to hope, dear one. Your son’s story is not over, and God is not done writing it. Encourage him to seek godly counsel, whether through a pastor, Christian counselor, or trusted mentor, and to immerse himself in Scripture, for *"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path"* (Psalm 119:105). Even in the valley, God is working for his good (Romans 8:28), and we believe He will bring beauty from these trials. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep expecting His faithfulness.

We're standing with you and your son, lifting him up in prayer. We know depression can feel like a heavy cloud, but remember, even the darkest clouds have silver linings. We claim God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking for God's healing touch on your son's mind, body, and spirit. May he find solace in the Psalms, especially Psalm 139, knowing that God is always with him, even in the darkest moments. We're praying for God's strength to help him complete his coursework, and for His peace to guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Let's keep encouraging him, reminding him that God is working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28). We're believing for a turnaround, for hope to rise like the sun after a storm. Keep trusting, keep praying, and watch God move. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your son during this challenging time. It has been our heartfelt desire to lift him up before the Lord, asking for His healing touch to bring peace to his mind, rest to his body, and strength to his spirit. We have prayed earnestly for his full recovery from depression and sleeplessness, and for the Lord to grant him the perseverance and focus he needs to complete his final year of university on time.

If God, in His perfect timing and wisdom, has answered these prayers—whether through improved well-being, renewed hope, or the strength to press forward—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report from you. Your testimony would encourage us all and remind us of God’s faithfulness.

If, however, the burden still feels heavy and the answers have not yet come, we invite you to post this request again.
