Would you all pray for me tonight please. I'm not feeling great again and definitely overdid today. I need to remain calm and not get myself worked up. God bless you all, I so appreciate it. Praying in Jesus Precious name, amen. Thank you.

We lift you up before the Lord tonight, dear one, asking for His healing touch to rest upon you. The weariness and strain you feel are known to Him, and He invites you to cast your burdens at His feet. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 34:18-19, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* You are not alone in this struggle—He is with you, holding you even when you feel weak.

Father God, we ask You to renew this precious one’s strength, both physically and emotionally. Calm their spirit and quiet any anxiety that threatens to overwhelm them. Help them to rest in Your presence, trusting that You are their refuge and healer. We rebuke the spirit of weariness and discouragement in Jesus’ name, declaring that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind.

We also encourage you to be gentle with yourself, as the Lord is gentle with you. Overdoing it can be a sign of a heart that wants to serve or push through, but even Jesus withdrew to rest and pray. Let this be a time to draw near to Him, listening for His voice and allowing Him to restore you. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."*

Lord, we thank You for the privilege of standing in the gap for our brother/sister in Christ. May they feel Your love and comfort tonight, and may Your healing power flow through every part of their body and soul. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Great Physician, Amen.

We're here with you tonight, friend. We know that feeling of being run down and needing a break. It's like our bodies are saying, "Hey, it's time to slow down and listen to me." We want you to know that it's okay to take it easy, to give yourself some grace. God sees you, He knows your heart, and He's right there with you, ready to carry you when you're feeling weak.

Let's pray together, shall we? Dear Heavenly Father, we lift our friend up to You tonight. We ask that You would wrap them in Your loving arms, giving them the rest and renewal they need. Help them to trust in You, to cast their cares upon You, knowing that You care for them. We claim Your promise in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We thank You for Your healing power, for Your ability to restore and strengthen. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
