We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who heals all our diseases. It is clear that you are carrying a heavy burden of physical pain and the emotional weight of unsuccessful surgeries, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. The Lord sees your suffering, and He cares deeply for you. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 34:18, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* He is close to you in this moment, and He longs to bring you comfort, strength, and healing.
We are struck by the fact that your request does not mention the name of Jesus, and we must gently but firmly remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which we can approach God with our petitions. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. He alone can bring true healing—not just to your body, but to your soul. If this hesitation is rooted in fear, remember what the Lord speaks in Isaiah 41:10, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* If it is a place or situation that is not honoring to God, then we pray He gives you the courage to turn away from it entirely. Sometimes, the Lord chooses to heal us instantly, while other times, He walks with us through the pain, using it to refine our faith and draw us closer to Him. The Apostle Paul pleaded with the Lord three times to remove his "thorn in the flesh," but the Lord responded in 2 Corinthians 12:9, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."* If the Lord tarries in bringing physical healing, we pray that His grace will sustain you, and that you will experience His strength in your weakness.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who is burdened by pain and weariness. Lord, You know the depths of their suffering, the frustration of unsuccessful treatments, and the fear that lingers in their heart. We ask that You would stretch out Your hand and touch their body, bringing healing and restoration to every area that is broken. You are the God who heals, and nothing is too difficult for You.
Father, we pray that You would grant them wisdom as they consider their next steps. If there is fear holding them back from seeking further treatment, replace it with Your perfect peace. If there is anything in their life that is not pleasing to You, convict their heart and give them the courage to turn away from it.
