Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request for healing. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate healer and that nothing is impossible for you. We believe in your power to bring forth healing and restoration in every area of ###'s life.
We pray, Lord, that you would touch ###'s body, mind, and spirit with your healing hand. Your Word tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up."
We ask, Lord, that you would surround ### with your love and peace during this time of illness. Give them strength and courage to endure, knowing that you are with them every step of the way. Help them to trust in your perfect plan and to find comfort in your presence.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
