God heal my friend! She needs urgent healing from both her parents abandoning her. She doesn't know who is her real father. She needs healing from all the mistreatment of her mother and her mother's ex husband's abuse, divorce, and addiction. Heal her from the resentment she deals with when speaking to her mother and her mother's ex husband. Heal her from not always having a father figure placed in her life and learning very young not to trust males. Heal her from her mother's ex husbands domestic violence incidences. Reveal to her that you are her real father. Replace her mother's ex husbands role. Begin being her only father. Lead her as a father should to where you want her to be. Guide her, direct her, protect her, fulfill your will in her. Show her how a loving father is supposed to love his children. Don't allow any man in her life that will hurt her. Choose the right man for her. Always take care of her as a father takes care of his children.
