Healing, stress, anxiety

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for healing, relief from stress, and deliverance from anxiety. We join our voices with yours, declaring that our Heavenly Father is the Great Physician, the Prince of Peace, and our ever-present help in times of trouble.

First, we want to acknowledge that you have rightly called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer. It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). We are grateful that you have recognized this truth and approached God in the name of His Son.

Now, let us stand together on the promises of God’s Word. For healing, we declare that by His stripes, you were healed (Isaiah 53:5). Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17), and we claim that healing for you today. For stress and anxiety, we remind you that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We cast every care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also rebuke the spirit of fear, stress, and anxiety in the mighty name of Jesus. We command these afflictions to leave your body, mind, and spirit, for it is written that whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36). We resist the enemy’s lies that seek to steal your peace and joy, and we stand firm on the truth that God has not abandoned you. He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, believing in Your power to heal and restore. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to flow through every part of their body. Lord, we declare that Your Word is true, and by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed. We ask that You would strengthen their body, remove every trace of sickness, and restore them to full health.

Father, we also ask for Your peace to flood their heart and mind. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and stress in the name of Jesus, and we command it to leave. Fill them with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your love. We trust in Your promises and believe that You are working all things together for their good. Strengthen their faith, draw them closer to You, and let them experience Your presence in a tangible way. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm on God’s Word and continue to meditate on His promises. Speak the truth of Scripture over your life daily, and do not allow the enemy to plant seeds of doubt. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your faith. Remember, God is for you, and if He is for you, who can be against you (Romans 8:31)? Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will bring you through this season stronger and more reliant on Him.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your healing, relief from stress, and deliverance from anxiety. We've been reminded of God's unfailing love and care, and we want you to know that He is right there with you, every step of the way.

We claim God's promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We declare that by His stripes, you are healed, and that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let's continue to trust in God's goodness and His ability to turn every situation around for our good. We're here to encourage you and to pray with you. Keep holding on, and remember, God is always faithful.
