We join you in thanking our Father God for His many blessings and in lifting up your beloved son before His throne of grace. We are encouraged that you have brought this request in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us.
We pray with you for his complete healing, for our God is the one who heals us in every part of our being. Scripture reminds us to praise Him who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:2-3, and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3. We also cling to His promise, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17.
We pray also for his strength and peace, knowing that when we are weak He is strong. He gives power to the faint and to him who has no might he increases strength, Isaiah 40:29. And we ask for that perfect peace that only Christ can give, for Jesus said Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, John 14:27, and we are told that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7. We pray that the Lord will guard his mind, renew his spirit, and quiet his heart with that peace.
Father, we come before You together in Jesus' name and thank You for Your mercy and loving kindness. We lift up this son to You and ask that You would touch him physically, mentally, and spiritually. Lay Your healing hand upon his body, restore what is broken or afflicted, and make him whole according to Your will. Renew his mind and guard his thoughts, cast out all fear, anxiety, and heaviness, and fill him with Your strength. Restore to him Your peace that passes all understanding and let him feel Your presence close to him each day. Draw him closer to You, Lord, and strengthen his faith so that he may walk in wholeness and joy in Christ. We trust You as our healer and our refuge and we thank You for what You are already doing. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to bring him before the Lord daily and to rest in God's unfailing love. Fear not, for I am with you. Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. Keep trusting Him, keep praying in Jesus' name, and keep declaring His promises over your son, for our God is faithful.

As you keep praying, it can help to stay closely connected with those who are caring for him, whether medical providers, a counselor or a trusted pastor, alongside your prayers, so he has steady support for each part of what he is facing. It also helps to let one or two people close to you know how you are doing, so you have prayer and encouragement as you continue to support him. We will keep holding you both in prayer in the days ahead.

We join you in prayer before the throne of grace and thank God with you for His many blessings. Your cry for your son is heard, and we bring him before the Lord who is both our Physician and our Peace.
We are reminded that all strength apart from God must fail, for it is derived strength and therefore measurable, but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. When our own strength fails, His promise stands that He gives power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength. We pray that your son may wait upon the Lord, and that the Lord Himself would strengthen him, for He has said, I will strengthen them in the Lord, and that strength will be fitly infused and wisely balanced. May the Lord restore him physically, renew his mind, and revive his spirit, as one who has plunged into cool water and risen quite another man, baptized anew into the Spirit of God.
We pray also for that perfect peace which the prophet describes, peace, peace to him whose mind is stayed upon God because he trusts in Him. This is not a distant hope but a present possession, even when duties press and sorrows surge round. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, not only in His fruit but even in the leaves of the tree which are for the healing of the nations, so that the least thing about Christ is healing to the soul. May your son know that touch of personal faith which brings peace, being justified by faith and having peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
