We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious family in fervent prayer. Heavenly Father, we first acknowledge that it is only through the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, that we have access to You. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the gift of salvation through Jesus, who bore our sins and infirmities on the cross, and we pray that this family would experience the fullness of Your healing power—body, soul, and spirit.
Father, we lift up this dear husband who has endured years of serious medical conditions and heavy spiritual attack. Lord, Your Word declares that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over him today. We rebuke the spirit of despair and death that has taken hold of his thoughts, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that he would find hope in You, the God of all comfort, who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). Strengthen his will to live, Lord, and help him to take his medications as prescribed, trusting in Your provision for his healing.
We also pray for the successful outcome of his medical implant, that it would function as You intend and bring relief and restoration. Father, we ask that You would surround him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Deliver him from the extreme anger that has taken root, and fill him with Your love and patience. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17), and we bind every spirit of infirmity and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus.
For this wife and mother, we ask for Your strength and wisdom as she cares for her family. Sustain her in body, soul, and spirit, and fill her with Your joy, which is her strength (Nehemiah 8:10). We pray for her elderly father and younger brother, that You would touch their bodies with Your healing hand. Restore their health, Lord, and let them experience Your goodness and mercy all the days of their lives (Psalm 23:6).
We also lift up the salvation of this entire family. Father, we pray that each one would come to know You intimately, surrendering their lives fully to Jesus Christ. Draw them by Your Spirit, Lord, and let them experience the new life that comes only through faith in Your Son (John 3:16). We declare that the eyes of their hearts would be enlightened, that they may know the hope of Your calling and the riches of Your inheritance in the saints (Ephesians 1:18).
For their finances, we ask for Your provision and wisdom. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Give them wisdom in managing what You provide, and open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8).
Finally, Lord, we pray for the upcoming hearing or case. We ask that You would go before them and grant them favor in the eyes of those who will decide their case. Let Your justice prevail, and let the outcome be in their favor, according to Your will. Your Word says that the king’s heart is in Your hand, and You turn it wherever You wish (Proverbs 21:1). We trust You to move on their behalf.
Holy Spirit, we invite You to intervene in this situation right now. Fill this family with Your presence, comfort, and power. Let them know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We speak life, healing, and restoration over every area of their lives.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
