We come before the Lord with you in deep intercession for your son, lifting him up in the mighty name of Jesus for complete healing—body, mind, and spirit. The struggles he faces with medication-induced psychosis are heavy, but we serve a God who is greater than any affliction, any confusion, or any darkness that seeks to torment him. The Word declares in **Psalm 34:17-19 (WEB)**, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your son is not forgotten; the Lord sees his suffering and is moving on his behalf even now.
The enemy seeks to distort reality through these hallucinations and delusions, but we stand firm on the truth of **2 Corinthians 10:4-5 (WEB)**, which reminds us that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* We pray that every lying voice, every tormenting sound, and every false belief would be silenced by the authority of Jesus’ name. Let the Holy Spirit flood his mind with clarity, peace, and the unshakable truth of God’s Word. May he discern the Lord’s voice above all others, as **John 10:27 (WEB)** assures us, *"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."*
We also pray for wisdom and divine guidance over the medical professionals treating your son. May the Lord lead them to the right treatments, the right adjustments, and the right interventions that will bring restoration without harm. **Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB)** tells us to *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We ask that every decision made for his care would align with God’s perfect will, bringing breakthrough and lasting healing.
Father, we ask that You would surround your son with Your comfort, as only You can. Let him feel Your presence in the midst of this storm, knowing he is not alone. **Isaiah 41:10 (WEB)** reminds us, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Strengthen him, Lord, and let him rest in the assurance that You are his Healer, his Deliverer, and his Peace.
We also encourage you, dear parent, to continue standing in faith and covering your son in prayer. The battles we face are spiritual, and our victory is found in Christ alone. Keep speaking life, keep declaring the promises of God over him, and trust that the Lord is working even when we cannot see it. **Galatians 6:9 (WEB)** urges us, *"Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."*
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that covers your son, for the healing power that flows from Your throne, and for the victory that is already won. We rebuke every spirit of confusion, fear, and torment in Jesus’ name, and we declare that your son will walk in freedom, restoration, and wholeness. Let this season of struggle become a testimony of Your goodness and power. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
