We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing and rest. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds (Psalm 103:2-3). We ask for Your divine touch upon this underarm lump, that You would bring complete healing and restoration. Lord, we trust in Your power to heal, and we ask that You guide the hands of any medical professionals involved, giving them wisdom and discernment.
Father, we also bring before You the need for responsible and reliable help. We pray that You would send people who are faithful, committed, and filled with Your love to assist in this time of need. Lord, we know that Your Word tells us that faithfulness is a fruit of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23), and we ask that You cultivate this fruit in the lives of those who will come alongside to help. Protect this situation from those who may be unreliable or insincere, and surround it with Your faithful servants.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of weariness or exhaustion that may be plaguing this situation. We declare that those involved will find rest in You, for You have promised that Your yoke is easy and Your burden is light (Matthew 11:28-30). We pray for deep, refreshing rest that can only come from You, restoring strength and vitality.
We also address the root cause of this ailment, Lord. We ask that You reveal any underlying issues, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, and bring complete healing and wholeness. Your Word tells us that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise today.
Father, we must also lift up the importance of coming to You in the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Jesus that we have access to You, and it is by His blood that we are healed and made whole. We pray that this truth is embraced and that all glory is given to Jesus for the healing and help that is received.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God. He is faithful and just, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Continue to seek Him in prayer and trust in His perfect timing. Surround yourself with godly counsel and support, and remember that the Lord is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and walk in the assurance of His love and healing power.
