We are truly sorry to hear about your mother's health struggles with diabetes and Alzheimer's disease. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort for your mother and your family.
Let us remind ourselves of God's promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases." God is our Great Physician, and He has the power to heal and restore.
However, we must also remember that even in suffering, God's grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in weakness as told in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister and her mother to You. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, and You hear our cry for healing. We ask, Jesus, that You touch her mother's body and mind, and bring healing and restoration. We pray for wisdom and strength for the family during this challenging time. Help them to trust in You and to feel Your peace and comfort.
Father, we also pray for spiritual healing and strength for the family. May this trial draw them closer to You and to each other. Help them to remain steadfast in faith and to seek Your will in all things.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. For it is by His stripes that we are healed. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this difficult time. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you according to Hebrews 13:5 WEB: "...for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"
Lastly, we noticed that the original prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is so important to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name given to mankind by which we must be saved. This is clearly stated in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" and Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
