We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious son to our Heavenly Father. We join in agreement with this prayer, asking for the Lord’s healing touch—physically, mentally, and spiritually—over this young man’s life. The Word of God declares in **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We stand on this promise, believing that the Great Physician is at work even now, restoring what has been broken and bringing wholeness where there has been affliction.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of psychosis in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that **John 10:10** is true: *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."* We command every lying spirit, every tormenting thought, and every attack against his mind to flee in Jesus’ name. We pray for peaceful sleep, for the Lord gives His beloved rest (**Psalm 127:2**), and we ask for a sound mind, as Your Word promises in **2 Timothy 1:7**, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."*
We also pray for divine protection over this son. Surround him with Your angels, Lord, as **Psalm 91:11-12** declares: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* Shield him from all harm, evil, and deception, and let Your perfect love cast out all fear (**1 John 4:18**).
Comfort him, Father, with the assurance of Your presence. May he know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (**Psalm 34:18**). Fill him with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (**Philippians 4:7**), and let him rest in the knowledge that You are working all things together for his good (**Romans 8:28**).
We also lift up the parents and caregivers of this young man. Grant them wisdom, patience, and strength as they walk this difficult path. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**). May they find hope in Your promises and courage in Your faithfulness.
Lord, we ask that this son would come to know You more deeply through this trial. If he does not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, we pray that You would draw him to Yourself. **Acts 4:12** tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* May he confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that You raised Him from the dead, so that he may be saved (**Romans 10:9**).
We trust You, Father, to move mightily in this situation. We declare that healing, restoration, and breakthrough are coming. Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, knowing that those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength (**Isaiah 40:31**). We thank You in advance for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already won through the blood of Jesus Christ.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
