Your heart as a parent reflects the Father’s love, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that nothing is impossible with God. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace and the power to see breakthroughs. As Scripture declares, *"All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive"* (Matthew 21:22, WEB). Let us hold fast to this promise as we intercede for your son.
The spirit of psychosis is not from God, for our Lord is not the author of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33, WEB). We rebuke this spirit in the mighty name of Jesus, commanding it to flee and never return, for *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). We pray that the Lord would renew your son’s mind, filling him with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). May he experience the sound mind that comes from the Holy Spirit, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
We also pray for protection over your son, that the Lord would surround him with His angels, guarding him from every scheme of the enemy. *"He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11, WEB). May the Lord be a shield around him, a fortress to keep him safe from harm, and a refuge in times of trouble.
As you continue to stand in faith, we encourage you to speak life and Scripture over your son daily. Remind him of God’s promises, such as *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5, WEB), and *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted. He saves those who have crushed spirits"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Let him know that his identity is in Christ, and that the Lord has a plan and a purpose for his life—one of hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We ask that You would fill this mother’s heart with Your peace and strength as she trusts in You. Give her wisdom to know how to support her son, and surround their family with Your love and unity. We declare healing over every area of his life, and we give You all the glory for what You are doing and will continue to do. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear sister. The Lord is working, even when we cannot see it. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep speaking the truth of God’s Word over your son.
